Where are Helix mattresses made?
In the United States. Helix says every mattress is designed and assembled in the US from domestic and imported materials. Its main site has been a shared factory in Phoenix, Arizona, and since late 2024 its parent company has also had plants in Tennessee, Oregon and Oklahoma. Helix does not say which plant builds a given order.
Helix's own wording is that all of its mattresses are designed and assembled in the United States, using materials sourced both domestically and internationally. "Made in the USA" therefore means assembled here. NapLab's FAQ calls Helix mattresses "100% made in the US", which goes further than Helix itself does.
Phoenix has been the base. Helix merged with Brooklyn Bedding in fall 2021, and Helix's support page from that period says the two brands operate out of a manufacturing facility in Phoenix while keeping separate lineups. NapLab, updated February 2026, says a large percentage of Helix mattresses are made at that Phoenix factory, which now belongs to the wider 3Z Brands group.
The footprint has since grown. In December 2024, 3Z bought the mattress maker Southerland, which has plants in Nashville, Phoenix, Tualatin in Oregon and Oklahoma City, and said Nashville would become its East Coast e-commerce hub. In August 2025 Helix said it now operates multiple production facilities across the country. Both statements are company press releases, and neither says which plant builds which orders, so treat Phoenix as the main site rather than the only one.

Helix Elite review: excellent for side sleepers, outscored on valueBy Purchasd Research. Performance scores come from three professional testing outlets: NapLab, Sleepopolis and Sleep Foundation. NapLab is the only one of them that has scored every model compared here on the same scale (its scoring system 1.3), so the head-to-head table uses NapLab alone. Construction, trial and warranty terms come from each manufacturer. Helix's website refuses automated requests, so its product, Elite collection, warranty and return-policy pages were read from Internet Archive captures dated 5 June to 17 September 2026. Its Queen reference price was confirmed against Helix's storefront product feed on 27 September 2026. Competitor prices were read from the manufacturers' pages on 27 September 2026. Where a page did not display the Queen price, NapLab's listed price was used, and each price is labeled with its source. Purchasd tested no mattresses. Owner experience comes from twelve Reddit threads read in full on 1 October 2026 (r/Mattress and r/HelixSleep, 2023–2026), used to find recurring complaints and disagreements, never to estimate failure rates. Purchasd is not affiliated with Helix Sleep or any competitor and uses no affiliate links. All three testing outlets cited here, and Tom's Guide, disclose that they may earn commission on sales, which is common among mattress review sites. Purchasd does not.
